Enrollees can locate information about their active claims and benefits profiles in one of several ways:
Online Inquiries (Registered Users):
Registered users can check the status of claims and/or review their benefit profile using their website account by closing this window to return to the IMA home page and selecting Login from the box in the upper right corner of the page.
Enrollees who have not yet registered for an account can return to the IMA home page by closing this window and select Register from the box in the upper right corner of the page to set up an online account and gain real time access to their claims and benefits information.
Email Inquiries (Claims):
Enrollees can use this form Claims Inquiries to submit a request regarding the status of a pending or recent claim.
You may also directly email your questions to: Claims@IMALA.com. Be sure to give us enough information to identify the claim in question. We need to know the patient's name, the employee's name and the employer (company) name.
To identify a particular claim, list the claim number (if known) or the date of service and the medical provider. Someone will respond to your inquiry either by email or by telephone. Don't forget to include your phone number with area code if you want us to call.
