File Claims Electronically

IMA is accepting claims via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in 837 format.

Our payor ID number is 72091.

Provider claims can be submitted electronically to IMA through CareVu / HealthSmart Information Systems Clearing House. Access to CareVu / HealthSmart Information Systems can be obtained via their website @ www.CareVu.com (then click on "Contact Us") or by calling (806) 473-2403.

To check claim status or to access medical and dental plan benefit profiles, Providers may utilize our Interactive Voice Response System by phone (IVR button below). Provider's representatives may also register at our claim site (LIN) to view claim status, print Explanation of Benefits (EOB), or to access and print Verification of Benefits (VOB). Web addresses and instructions for registering at the LIN website and other information is available via the "Help" button at the lower portion of this page or by contacting the IMA Webmaster via email or phone.
